Our provider will complete in-home wellness visits for children from birth until they turn 18 years of age. All wellness visits include a comprehensive physical exam, thorough family history, holistic medical advice and any required physical forms and healthcare related paperwork for daycare, school and college.

**Patient and sibling appointments must take place during same house call. Only one convenience fee applies for all patients seen during same house call.

Our provider will conduct an OAE (Otoacoustic Emissions) hearing screening in the comfort of our beautiful office**. OAE hearing screenings evaluate the inner ear’s response to sound. The test is especially helpful for infants, children and adults who may not be able to respond to behavioral hearing tests because of their age or ability.

Our provider can perform basic laboratory testing during your house call, including rapid influenza, rapid RSV, rapid strep, rapid COVID-19, finger-stick glucose, finger-stick hemoglobin, urine pregnancy, stool blood testing and urinalysis testing or *add them to a virtual visit.

***All lab testing must be accompanied by a house call or virtual visit***
