Late Payment Fee
Payment is due at time of visit(s) and/or service(s). Late payment fees will be applied to all outstanding balances not paid in full
After-Hours, Holiday, Weekend Fee
An additional $50 late cancellation/no-show fee will apply to all after-hour, holiday and weekend visits/services that are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or are a no-show.
