Office Visits

Our providers will complete in-office wellness visits for children from birth until they turn 21 years of age. All wellness visits include a comprehensive physical exam, thorough family history, holistic medical advice and any required physical forms and healthcare related paperwork for daycare, school and college.

Parent and adult sibling appointments also available on a case-by-case basis.

*$250 Wellness Office Visit - includes the management of common childhood concerns.

*$75 Additional fee if more complex illnesses/complaints treated during any wellness visit, requiring additional involvement such as more complex referrals, prescriptions and procedures.

Cancellation, No-Show and Late Payment Fees

Our providers can diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses and minor injuries, in the comfort of our welcoming office space.
