House Call Visit (Wellness)
Our providers will complete in-home wellness visits for children from birth until they turn 21 years of age. All wellness visits include a comprehensive physical exam, thorough family history, holistic medical advice and any required physical forms and healthcare related paperwork for daycare, school and college.
Parent and adult sibling appointments also available on a case-by-case basis.
*$250 Wellness House Call Visit including the management of common concerns.
*$75 Additional fee if more complex illnesses/complaints treated during any wellness visit, requiring additional involvement such more complex referrals, prescriptions and procedures.

Our providers can diagnose and treat common illnesses and minor injuries, in the comfort of your home or other desired location.
Parent and adult sibling appointments also available on a case-by-case basis.
