$100 Late Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee
Applies to all appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice
$150 Late Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee
Applies to all appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice
No Show Fee
$Full price of appointment plus any applicable travel, after-hours, holiday and week-end fees.
Applies to all no-shows for any scheduled appointments
Additional after-Hours, Holiday, Weekend Late Cancellation/Rescheduling and No-ShowFees
An additional $50 late cancellation/late rescheduling/no-show fee will apply to all after-hours, holiday and weekend appointments, in addition to the late cancellation/late rescheduling/no-show fees noted above.
Late Payment Fees
Payment is due at time of appointment. Late payment fees will be applied to all outstanding balances not paid in full
